Houseboats

Twelve premier houseboat locations, each with western exposure and views, are available for purchase. Houseboat design and construction will be up to individual owners as long as they meet current zoning codes that limit heights to 21 feet above the waterline on floats that are roughly 1,200 square feet.  Wards Cove will provide houseboat design guidelines.
